About Atomoo

Founded in 2008, Atomoo is a technology company that provides remote monitoring and management of IT resources and networked devices, such as touch panels and media servers, in luxury residences and small to medium sized businesses. Our goal is to drive profitable sales and recurring revenue by eliminating or minimizing downtime of the remote managed systems. This is accomplished by delivering a core of complimentary Hardware, Software, and Service solutions.

Atomoo's proactive services enable partners to lower service costs, develop a recurring revenue stream and, foremost,provide customers peace of mind knowing their Technology is going to just work. Based in Evanston, Illinois, Atomoo was developed out of a need to provide superior service for award winning integrator LouisClark, Ltd.

Atomoo can monitor the availability and performance of virtually and IP-enabled device, including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, media servers, touch panels and control systems. Atomoo uses a combination of software agents and probes to build an inventory of devices on your clients' network and leverages network management standards and extensions such as SNMP and WMI for gathering detailed information about each device.
